Kentucky Based CBD Company Awarded Bluegrass Angels Launch Grant
Anavii Market, an online retailer that verifies and sells hemp-derived CBD products, has been awarded a $4,000 grant from the Bluegrass Angels’ (BGA) Launch Grant Fund. The BGA Launch Grant Fund provides financial grants and mentorship support from a local angel investor to early-stage, high growth potential startup companies. Bipartisan Support for Hemp in Both House and Senate
Last week was an exciting week for hemp across America with the introduction of two bills in both the Senate and House of Representatives. Senate Bill 2667 and House Bill 5485 will exclude hemp from the Controlled Substances Act. The bill will push hemp regulation into the arms of the USDA as opposed to the DEA, removing large production barriers and opening markets across the U.S.
