This Is the first CBD oil that has worked for me! I did as the directions said: half a dose for 3 days. I actually only need a quarter-dose, late in afternoon . It is so relaxing I take a nap, then feel good.(have had pain in my wrist/hand for over a year) I may try it if I wake at 3 a.m. too. Thanks for a great product.
