Works very well on my arthritic wrist.

So helpful for sleep. I take 1/2 a gummy every night, about 30 mins before bed, and it helps me unwind and drop into deep sleep. No AM grogginess either!

The Indica gummies were kinda different as they seem to put me in a creative mood.

I really like the socks, but for me, I would like more variety in size. From low so is for golf, ankle socks for the gym, and compression socks for long days of travel and on my feet. Great quality socks!!
